We are K’rin and Laura, two administrators with a passion for fostering a culture shift in education. We know culture and climate play a critical role in transforming the learning environment for students and teachers alike. We strive to prioritize collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity, understanding that a supportive culture enhances educational outcomes.

Having had the opportunity to present to multiple groups of people, administrators, teachers, and state organization representatives alike, a pattern arose in which a lack of school culture, inconsistency with addressing student behaviors while keep staff attitudes in check, and not serving students appropriately, were negatively impacting student education, attendance, and outcomes.

It is our hope that by advocating for strong relationships within the school community, districts will see a rise in staff retention, reduction in student behavior, and an increase in attendance for all stakeholders.
